13cabs Expands WA Regional Footprint with New Albany fleet
13cabs has launched a new Albany fleet, marking the latest step in the company’s expanding regional footprint across Western Australia following its landmark partnership with Swan Taxis.
The Albany launch builds on a year of strong regional growth for 13cabs in WA, driven by increased demand for reliable, fixed-price taxi services in regional centres and key resource hubs.
Since partnering with Swan Taxis in August 2024, 13cabs has significantly expanded its presence beyond metropolitan Perth, delivering consistent pricing, app-based payments and improved booking options to regional communities.
The Albany fleet will provide local business with access to 13cabs’ national booking platform and operational systems, while ensuring regional customers benefit from transparent fares and professional, regulated taxi services.
The expansion follows the successful launch of several new 13cabs regional fleets in the past two years across Western Australia:

• 13cabs Karratha launched on November 27, 2024, with 25 vehicles
• 13cabs Kalgoorlie launched on December 10, 2024, with 11 vehicles
• 13cabs Port Hedland launched on March 3, 2025, with four vehicles
• 13cabs Wadandi / Bunbury launched August 19, 2025, with two vehicles
